Gangtok

Tsomgo Lake

Lachung

Namchi

Namchi is a smaller version of Gangtok as it is more or less like Gangtok, only smaller. Giant statues are the remarkable things about Namchi. One is of Guru Padmasambhava and the other one of Lord Shiva. There are other attractions too that you can go exploring.

Zuluk

This is the least famous destination of Sikkim, but it is seriously overlooked. This amazing creation of the Gods is a village located on the ancient ‘Silk Route’. The uphill trail has 32 sharp bends providing a panoramic view of Mt Kanchenjunga. It is also a perfect spot for adventure seekers.

Yumthang Valley

This has to be the home of Angels. The place is surrounded by tall mighty mountains and beautiful valleys and landscapes carpeted by endless varieties of flowers of which primrose, cobra-lilies, louseworts and cinquefoils are the most commonly found species.

Yuksom

This small town is also known as the ‘Meeting place of Three Lamas’. It houses the oldest monastery of Sikkim. The village is a drop of beauty and perfect for adventurers as it offers a perfect trekking terrain into the Himalayas.

Nathula Pass
This pass has a historic value as it once was a part of the historic ‘Silk Road’. It connects Sikkim with Tibet. One thing to be noted is that, the pass is open only for Indian tourists with prior permission from the tourism department.

Pelling

This is the town showcasing the most pleasing view of the great Himalayan Ranges and the glamorous peaks of Kanchenjunga. The place is blessed with abundant nature and is rich with beautiful waterfalls and perfect swift rivers offering visitors a plethora of water adventures.

Rumtek Monastery

Also known by the name of "Dharma Chakra Centre", this is one of the oldest and the biggest monasteries of Sikkim. Its architecture is phenomenal reflecting the teachings and culture of Buddhism.
