Hotel Policy :
Hotel will charge you :
- In case of early check-in or late check-out, as it is subject to availability.
- For extra beds, but if it is a single occupancy room then double room rates would be charged.
- Room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls, will not be included in the package but shall be charged later to the guests at the time of check out.
- Confirmation of bookings will be based only on written communications and all related vouchers shall be provided after receiving full payment/at the time of receiving.
Holiday Package policy :
- Children below 5 years are not charged.
- Meal Plan: CP (Breakfast), MAP (Breakfast & Dinner), AP (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
- Identity proof along with 4 passport size photos per person should be carried. It is mandatory.
Inclusions :
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Road Taxes, toll taxes and permit fees.
Exclusions :
- Air Fare and Train Fare
- Personal Expense (laundry, telephone call, tips, gratuity, mineral water, soft drinks, hard drinks, adventure sports)
- Entrance fees and guide charges.
- Addition to itineraries and extra miles coverage.
- Extra expenses due to natural calamities or political hindrances.
- Any increase in taxes or prices of the fuel.
- Travel Insurance
Cancelation Policy :
- From booking date till 30 days prior to Tour start date - 10% of Package Cost / 2500/- per pax. (Whichever is higher?)
- From booking date till 20 days prior to Tour start date - 30 % of Package Cost
- 19 to 10 Days prior to Tour start date - 50% of Package Cost
- 9 Days to 24 hrs prior to Tour start date - 100% of Package Cost
- 3 days prior to Tour start date or within the tour if any changes made by the guest. / No Show - 100% of Package Cost.
Refund will not be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other services, neither will it be exchanged. Room allocations will be done by the hotel depending on the availability at the time of check-in and will be according to the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. We shall claim no refund, if the services or amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations.
